                   The chewing of tobacco in any forms is no less harmful then Smoking. With all of 

harms of tobacco mentioned above, only lungs are least damaged but other harms like high 

blood pressure, diabetes,narrowing and bursting of arteries, kidney failure,brain damage 

actually happen. Oral cancer is more common. Thus chewing must also be left for own good.

                   Even nicotine lozenges and chewingums have similar harmful effects.


                   Best to stay away from nicotine in all its forms. Tell this to every one 

arround you. Prevetion is the only cure. Damages once occured are most 

irreparable . GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES, AND 

WHERE THERE IS WILL,THERE IS A WAY.

                Cigarette smoke contains tar which consists of many chemicals similar to vehicle 

emission.These spoil the Lungs. Lungs lose their capability of cleansing these soft organs.

Bronchi get inflamed and easily infected by pathogenic bacteria and viruses.Continuous 

smoking leads to the destruction of Lung tissue. Carbon mono oxide also reduces hemoglobin

content. Capability of Lungs to supply oxygen is greatly reduced putting extra burden on 

Heart. Asthma and Heart attack happens.Arteries narrow down and burst,and may cause 

bleeding in Brain even. Life becomes troublesome initially and A smoker must wake up at least 

then so as to save havoc in living and an early death.

Diabetes and Kidney failure are also very common. Skeleton muscles get weak and brittle. 

Some may go blind. Hearing difficulty is common.

Stop smoking immediately for your own and your family's benefits.Start today because you are 

not going to succeed in first attempt. Many chances will be needed to perfect abstinence.
